A solid bat near the top of the order is one of the most important things a lineup can have. For Chelsea Farmer’s UT Martin Skyhawks, Carly Ward has done an exceptional job at that. In 2026, Ward led the team with a .390 batting average and 60 hits. Ward registered an .870 OPS and, when on the base paths, stole 15 of 18 bases.
