Fall is just around the corner, and that means softball is on the way. On Wednesday, Karen Weekly and Tennessee softball announced their fall schedule. The Lady Vols will play eight games, with seven at home.
Among those will be the 2026 National Junior College Athletic Association Division I national champion, the Northeast Alabama Mustangs. Tennessee will also host Northwest Florida State College, which finished the 2026 season with a 57-7 record and a trip to the NJCAA Division I Softball World Series, and the Lipscomb Bison. Tennessee defeated Lipscomb 12-0 in March, with Peyton Hardenburger throwing a five-inning complete-game shutout with 1 hit allowed.
Tennessee will travel to Murfreesboro to face Middle Tennessee in its lone fall road matchup. Below is the full fall schedule for the Lady Vols.
